Diane Albers

1943 – 2008

~In Memoriam~

Diane and her husband, Frank, have been involved in Bulldogs for 44 years. They finished approximately seven Bulldog champions.

Diane was the president and the AKC Delegate, representing the Central Florida Kennel Club, as well as president of the Florida Association of Kennel Clubs. She was an activist in the fight against animal rights legislation at all levels of government and for dog ownership and dog shows.

Additionally, Diane was a nurse, and she oversaw dog and cat rescue operations during the south Florida Hurricane Andrew disaster in the early 1990s.

Consequently, Diane was a member of the Bulldog Club of Central Florida and active as a Bulldog Rescue program coordinator. She is survived by her husband Frank, a son Brian and three grandchildren.
